My Petz History:

1999: Parents bought me Petz 4! (prior to this I believe I played P1/2).

2000: Opened the sites Sunflower Kennelz & Cattery (general petz) and Wolf Kennelz (specialized in Wolf adoptions). Both closed within the year

2001: Opened a new site with two of my friends, Courtney and Brittany. We created the site known as Fluffness a site dedicated to the fluffy mutt. That didn't last long because Courtney wanted to host her own site (Semi-Charmed Petz), so Brittany and I made OOMBA. But that didn't last long either, as both Brittany and I sort of drifted away from the PC for a bit, and then Brittany moved away.

2002: Got Petz 5 for Christmas! Petz 4 didn't work on my Windows XP computer at the time. I returned to the PC with a new site, Fantabulistic Petz for adoptions.

2003: Opened a crew site, Fantazzled Kennels.

2004: On January 26 I got my own domain (fantazzled.com) and escaped Geocities forever! Then on May 26 I renamed Fantabulistic Petz to Oasis. In 2004 there seemed to be a movement towards single word-name Petz sites, dropping "Petz", "Kennelz" or "Cattery" from the names, so I followed suit! In June I opened Xoops as a Muttlie-specialized site (a breed created by Naturenut @ The Glade), and began my journey into Muttlie hexing and learned to hex Breed File variations. On July 28 I opened a forum, the Fantazzled Petz Forum (FPF). However due to lack of interest by myself and people in the PC I closed it around November 2005. I also took part in a kennel club, the Petz Kennel Society which was started by Dark Tyger@SSKC in 2004. I helped a bit setting up the main site and I was a moderator for the PKS forum. It closed in August 2004.

2005: Renamed my crew site Fantazzled Kennels to Shanty, and moved it from Geocities to my domain. Xoops was put on a temporary hiatus in August.

2006: On July 9 I reopened Xoops as a Hexie Adoptions and Archive site.

2007: I switched back to Petz 4 games, and switched over my sites to be P3+ friendly. Since Petz 5 wasn't backwards compatible like Petz 4 was, the PC wasn't as fond of P5.

2010-2020: I faded away from the PC - adulting caught up with me haha. I sent out adoptions, and minimally maintained my sites about once a year. In this time I graduated University, started my own business while working a full-time job, got married, had a baby, quit my job to focus on my business and my kid.

2021: Returned to the PC in May!

Our Prefix:
I have two prefixes:

FKs	this prefix originated from my first crew/kennel site name Fantazzled Kennels. This is the prefix that I use for my personal petz, and I have seen some people who have adopted from me use it as well.
Xoops	this prefix comes from my hexie archive. It made more sense to add this one for use by others, just because FKs no longer really indicates where the pet came from (now that my crew site is Shanty). And it sounds better than using Oasis's something lol.

(Fantabulistic Petz)
Version 1, didn't have a name and I forgot to get a picture. It was Pink, Blue, and Green, It had a simple left and right frame with the links all on the left. This layout was up FOREVER, like a year, but that was because I sort of left it and didn't update. Heh.
Duration: December 28 2002 to the middle of August 2003





Version 2.5, "Circles". The original version (version 2) was all blue I didn't quite like it so I took it down. In this version there was a top, right and left frame. All the links for the whole site were on the left frame.

Duration: Middle of August to the end of October, 2003





Version 3, "Autumn Breeze". This one had an inline frame and all of the links were on the right and left sides on the inline frame. There was also a top frame used only for music.

Duration: End of October to the beginning of December, 2003





Version 3.5, "Christmas Time". I forgot to get a picture of this one. I don't even remember what it looked like xD However its all good because if I ever don't want to make a new Christmas layout I can reuse this one :D

Version 4, "Swirly Curlies". This one had an inline frame with all the links on the right side of the frame. Nothing that fancy.. really. This was the first layout to up when I got my domain ^^

(Oasis)

Version 1, "Paradise". There was a drop-down links menu and an inline frame. This layout featured my tamsins Tenasha and Chichiri.

Version 2, "Poision Auto-Rolling Balls!" Mwa ha ha ha! What? There was a basic top and bottom frame, links on the top. Featured petz are my muttlies Black and White, and my cat Tessa (all hexed by me).

Version 3, No Name. I forgot to get a picture for this one as well. It was pink, black, and white, image-map links on the top of an inline frame. This one had an Enter page before you came into the site.

Version 4, "Its Christmas All Over Again". Image-Map links below and inline frame. Also I added a selection of Christmas music to play while on the site (you could choose the song).

Version 5, "V-day!" (I know, so creative ;D) Same base as Version 2. Featured my hexed alley Cat, Morphine, and a pink and white muttlie (hexed by me).

Version 6, "Starry Night". This layout was up for a total of 10 days xD I hated it. Period.

Version 7, "It's all Blue". It 'was blue.. very blue. I love blue. Inline frame with the links off to the right on the layout background (image-map). Featuring my catz Morphine and Sessurea, and my muttlie Lexie, as well as a dali I hexed.

Version 8, "Shades Of Purple". I really liked this layout as well. The purple looked awesome (hence version 9..) I had this one up quite a while. Thats only because I was moving and -barely- updated throughout October - December. Ah well xD I got alot of comments on the tag board about this layout, I guess lots of others liked it too ^^ Top and bottom frame, links on the top.

Version 9, "Purple Again". I really liked this version as well. I decided to keep the purple from the previous layout because it looked so nice ^^ Again image-map links to the left, and an inline frame.

Version 10, "The Earth is Spinning". The petz featured are the lovely Horace from Mokeyano?, Treefrog from BAKC, and Clementine, bred by me. In the original version there was one of the robots from Laputa (Castle in the Sky the movie) behind the petz, which is where the version name came from. After I removed it I just decided to keep the version name the same. But anyway, the name is part of the lyrics of one of the songs from that movie, and seemed to fit the color scheme of the site well enough ^^

Version 11, "Almost Autumn". My pre-autumn/autumn layout xD Somewhat autumn-y colors but not too much so that it isn't fully an autumn layout, y'know? Inline frame, image map links on top and left. Featured petz are Oberon from This Song, Patil from Pirate, Manny from the AAC, and Skippy from Macadu.

Version 12, "Envy is a Sin". Just a random layout I came up with for the New Year xD Inspired by an ad that had a fancy font saying "Sloth" on it. Inline frame, image map, and the first pop-up layout in Oasis history. Yays.

Version 13, "Pink Limenade". I felt like a pink and lime green layout and this is what I got :D I really quite like it. Inline frame.. image map links on the bottom, nothing to special with the HTML. This layout features, Mr. Joe (hexed by Pinto), and alley cat hexed by me, and Flower, also hexed by me.

Version 14, "You Could Be Happy". Top, Bottom, Left, and Right frames, links on an image map on the left. The background on the top and bottom frames is actually striped pink and blue, it just compressed oddly when I shrunk the picture. The featured petz are Poison from Dylan, Patil from pirate, and a dane I hexed. The version name is from the title of the song You Could be Happy by Snow Patrol, and in the top and bottom frames were the lyrics "Playing in loops till its madness in my head" from the song.

Version 15, "Back to School". I forgot the picture for this one. But thats okay. Actually for a layout I hated it stayed up for a long time. Haha xDD I was just too lazy to change it. Erm it featured my dane mixie, Wing, and a random cat xD

Version 16, "Overhaul". Oasis becomes a petz 3+ site. Woo. Featured Catch, Verdict, Love, and Clementine (all bred by me), and Baklava from AAP. Erm. Basic inline frame, image-map links. Nice and bright and cheery.

Version 17, "Be Prepared". Featured my catz Ivanhoe from Kiwiostarz. I wanted to do a site that wasn't just petz on the layout, so I decided to have Scar from the Lion King on there 'cause he is just so freaking awesome <3 There were 4 top graphics, each featuring a different picture of Scar ^^

Version 18, "Rainbows Galore". Featured Joy from Malyssa and Crusoe from Michy. Top and bottom frame and two middle frames. I decided to try having adoptions in one frame at all times and all other links in the other frame. Kind of dark, but I like it.

I quite loved this layout and it remained up during my less-active period of time in the community and for a year upon my return - it was up for 11 years!

Version 21, "Island Oasis". Featured Treasure hexed by myself, Delphinium from Silverfish, Accra from Michy, Peixe from Loxie, and Sam from Midnightwolf. Inline frame, image map that changed as you moved your cursor over the links.
Really enjoyed this layout and woul dhave kept it up much longer.. but I had a dream about the next one so I had to change it haha
This layout also featured a secret find it - if you clicked on the tiny keyhole on the treasure chest, it led you to a page where you could get a stamp and a special Looted Oshie hex.

Layout version named by Kazzie <3 Featured a bunch of petz in the layout, Fia (hexed here), Makoto/Amaryllis/Replete (bred here), Cappuccino and Tokyo (bred by Nebula), Delphinium & Carrots (hexed and bred by Silverfish), Nikola (bred by Anthracite), Macaron & Dragonfly (bred by Kathleen), and Rabbit (from Silvertoo).
I actually had a dream about this layout otherwise I would've kept the previous one up for a lot longer, but I figured the dream was a sign to change it. I really love it and have received lots of compliments for it <3
