Site History:
Oasis was originally called Fantabulistic Petz when it was first opened. I renamed the site on May 26, 2004 because its previous name was a little long and a bit.. childish.
Now before Oasis I had many sites. My first two were Petz 4 sites, Sunflower Kennelz and Cattery and Wolf Kennelz, both opened in 2000 (however I have had the petz game since 1998). Fortunately both of those sites died and in 2001 I began a new site with two of my friends, Courtney and Brittany. We created the site known as Fluffness a site dedicated to the fluffy mutt. That didn't last long either because Courtney wanted to host her own site (Semi-Charmed Petz), so me and Brittany made OOMBA (still in 2001). Again that did not last long as both me and Brittany sort of drifted away from the PC (petz community) for a bit.
Around October, 2002 I reinstalled Petz 4 on my computer. As I now had Windows XP installed the game didn't work so well on my computer (this is pre-patch) xD But in December, for Christmas, I got Petz 5 and returned to the PC with a new site, Oasis (at the time, Fantabulistic Petz) ^^ And then on January 26, 2004 I got my own domain (fantazzled.com) and luckily my site never had to be on geocities again xD Up until late 2007 the site was for petz 5 only, but due to the mass dislike (for lack of a better word) of petz 5 by the PC I converted the site to be petz 3+ friendly ^^
Along with my main petz site, I created a crew site known as Fantazzled Kennels, later renamed and moved to my domain as Shanty. Also with the creation of the Muttlie by Naturenut I opened a site called Xoops, which was obviously dedicated to the Muttlie and featured bred and hexed litters. Xoops was open from the beginning of June 2004 to April 2005, then closed until July 9, 2006 when I reopened Xoops as a hexie only website in which it now serves as my trades archive.
Ah, and last but not least on July 28, 2004 I opened a forum, the Fantazzled Petz Forum (FPF). However due to lack of interest by myself and people in the PC I closed it around November 2005. I also took part in a kennel club, the Petz Kennel Society which was started by Dark Tyger@SSKC in 2004. I helped a bit setting up the main site and I was a moderator for the PKS forum. However PKS was short lived and was closed in August of 2004. And there concludes my history in the PC ;D Illuminating wasn't it?

I have two prefixes:

the first came from my original crew site name Fantazzled Kennels. This is the prefix that I use for my petz, and I have seen some people who have adopted from me use it as well. |
| Xoops | this prefix comes from my hexie archive. It makes more sense to have this one just because if people use FKs it doesn't really indicate where the pet came from xD Plus it sounds better than using Oasis's or something. Lol. I have seen this one used on petz adopted from me alot more frequently. |
Past Layouts
Version 1 (Fantabulistic Petz)
Version 1 didn't have a name and I forgot to get a picture. It was Pink, Blue, and Green, It had a simple left and right frame with the links all on the left. This layout was up FOREVER, like a year, but that was because I sort of left it and didn't update. Heh.
Duration: December 28 2002 to the middle of August 2003
Version 2
Version 2.5 was called "Circles". The original version (version 2) was all blue I didn't quite like it so I took it down. In this version there was a top, right and left frame. All the links for the whole site were on the left frame.

Version 3
Version 3 was called "Autumn Breeze". It had an inline frame and all of the links were on the right and left sides on the inline frame. There was also a top frame used only for music.

Christmas Version
I forgot to get a picture of this one. I don't even remember what it looked like xD However its all good because if I ever don't want to make a new Christmas layout I can reuse this one :D

Version 4
Version 4 was called "Swirly Curlies".it had an inline frame with all the links on the right side of the frame. Nothing that fancy.. really. This was the first layout to up when I got my domain ^^

Version 1 (Oasis)
Version 1 called "Paradise". There was a drop-down links menu and an inline frame. This layout featured my tamsins Tenasha and Chichiri.

Version 2
Version 2 called "Poision Auto-Rolling Balls!" Mwa ha ha ha! What? There was a basic top and bottom frame, links on the top. Featured petz are my muttlies Black and White, and my cat Tessa (all hexed by me).

Version 3
Version 3 (didn't have a name). I forgot to get a picture for this one as well. It was pink, black, and white, image-map links on the top of an inline frame. This one had an Enter page before you came into the site.

Version 4
Version 4 called "Its Christmas All Over Again". Image-Map links below and inline frame. Also I added a selection of Christmas music to play while on the site (you could choose the song).

Version 5
Version 5 called "V-day!" (I know, so creative ;D) Same base as Version 2. Featured my hexed alley Cat, Morphine, and a pink and white muttlie (hexed by me).

Version 6, "Starry Night". This layout was up for a total of 10 days xD I hated it. Period.

Version 7
Version 7, one of my favorites (it didn't have a name). It 'twas blue.. very blue. I luff blue. Inline frame with the links off to the right on the layout background (image-map). Featuring my catz Morphine and Sessurea, and my muttlie Lexie, as well as a dali I hexed.

Version 8
Version 8, "Shades Of Purple", I really liked this layout as well. The purple looked awesome (hence version 9..) I had this one up quite a while. Thats only because I was moving and -barely- updated throughout October - December. Ah well xD I got alot of comments on the tag board about this layout, I guess lots of others liked it too ^^ Top and bottom frame, links on the top.

Version 9
Version 9 didn't have a name. I really liked this version as well. I decided to keep the purple from the previous layout because it looked so nice ^^ Again image-map links to the left, and an inline frame.

Version 10
Version 10, "The Earth is Spinning". The petz featured are the lovely Horace from Mokeyano?, Treefrog from BAKC, and Clementine, bred by me. In the original version there was one of the robots from Laputa (Castle in the Sky the movie) behind the petz, which is where the version name came from. After I removed it I just decided to keep the version name the same. But anyway, the name is part of the lyrics of one of the songs from that movie, and seemed to fit the color scheme of the site well enough ^^

Version 11
Version 11, "Almost Autumn". My pre-autumn/autumn layout xD Somewhat autumn-y colors but not too much so that it isn't fully an autumn layout, y'know? Inline frame, image map links on top and left. Featured petz are Oberon from This Song, Patil from Pirate, Manny from the AAC, and Skippy from Macadu.

Version 12
Version 12, "Envy is a Sin". Just a random layout I came up with for the New Year xD Inspired by an ad that had a fancy font saying "Sloth" on it. Inline frame, image map, and the first pop-up layout in Oasis history. Yays.

Version 13
Version 13, and no name for this one. Couldn't really think of anything. I felt like a pink and lime green layout and this is what I got :D I really quite like it. Inline frame.. image map links on the bottom, nothing to special with the HTML. This layout features, Mr. Joe (hexed by Pinto), and alley cat hexed by me, and Flower, also hexed by me.

Version 14
Version 14, You Could Be Happy. Top, Bottom, Left, and Right frames, links on an image map on the left. The background on the top and bottom frames is actually striped pink and blue, it just compressed oddly when I shrunk the picture. The featured petz are Poison from Dylan, Patil from pirate, and a dane I hexed. The version name is from the title of the song You Could be Happy by Snow Patrol, and in the top and bottom frames were the lyrics "Playing in loops till its madness in my head" from the song.

Back to School, version 15. I forgot the picture for this one. But thats okay. Actually for a layout I hated it stayed up for a long time. Haha xDD I was just too lazy to change it. Erm it featured my dane mixie, Wing, and a random cat xD

OVERHAUL, version 16. Oasis becomes a petz 3+ site. Woo. Featured Catch, Verdict, Love, and Clementine (all bred by me), and Baklava from AAP. Erm. Basic inline frame, image-map links. Nice and bright and cheery.

Version 17
Be Prepared! Version 17 of Oasis. Featured my catz Ivanhoe from Kiwiostarz. I wanted to do a site that wasn't just petz on the layout, so I decided to have Scar from the Lion King on there 'cause he is just so freaking awesome <3 There were 4 top graphics, each featuring a different picture of Scar ^^

Rainbows Galore, Version 18 of Oasis. Featured Joy from Malyssa and Crusoe from Michy. Top and bottom frame and two middle frames. I decided to try having adoptions in one frame at all times and all other links in the other frame. Kind of dark, but I like it.
